Overview

The EEA/EU and Swiss National Family Member Visa is for non-EU citizens who are immediate family members of an EEA/EU or Swiss national and intend to travel to the Czech Republic together with their family member.

This visa allows eligible applicants to apply with fewer required documents and be exempt from the visa fee, provided they can demonstrate their relationship with the EEA/EU or Swiss national and travel together.

Eligible family members include:

  • Spouse
  • Registered partner
  • Children under 21 years old
  • Parents (if dependent and cohabiting with a child under 21 years old)
