How It Works

1. Book Your Appointment:
   • Schedule an appointment at the appropriate Embassy, Consulate General, or Honorary Consul’s office.
2. Prepare Your Documents:
   • Use our detailed checklist to gather all required documents.
3. Attend Your Appointment:
   • Present yourself in person for identification, biometric data capture, and document verification.
4. Processing & Delivery:
   • Your application is processed by the relevant authorities. Once approved, your new passport or ID card is sent to you by courier.
5. Ongoing Support:
   • We provide continuous support and updates throughout the process.

Documents Required

For British Citizens Holding a Standard British Passport

• No visa requiredfor short-term travel to Czechia.
• Passport must be valid for the entire stayand at least three months beyond departure.

For British Nationals Without UK Citizenship (e.g., British Overseas Territories Citizens, British Overseas Citizens, British Protected Persons)

• No visa requiredfor short-term travel.

For Channel Islanders and Manx Citizens

• If your passport is endorsed with: “The holder is not entitled to benefit from EU provisions relating to employment or establishment”, a visa is required.
• If no endorsement is present, you do not need a visa.

For Holders of UK Travel Documents

• If you hold one of the following, you require a visa for tourism or business travel:

• British Travel Document (Blue – 1951 Geneva Convention)
• British Travel Document (Red – 1954 UN Convention)
• British Certificate of Identity (Brown)

• Applications must be submitted in personfor a national Czech visa.

Important Information

• Passports must be issued within the last 10 years and have at least two blank pages.
• Processing times vary—we assist in determining expected timelines.
• Additional documents, such as proof of accommodation or financial means, may be required depending on your situation.
• Visa requirements differ based on nationality and passport type—we help you confirm your specific case.
